– When and how will I receive the photos?

Your photos will be ready in 3–4 days. We will send you a link to download them.

– Do I need to make advanced prepayment?

Yes, to secure your booking, a prepayment is required.

– What if I’m late?

Even if you arrive late, the shooting time starts from the time we originally agreed on.

– Will I receive the raw files?

The session price includes only the edited photos. We select the best shots and send them to you. If you want all the photos taken during the session, this requires an additional fee.

– What if I need the photos urgently?

The standard editing time is 3–4 days. If you need them sooner, we can prepare them as a priority for an additional charge.

– Is retouching included?

Retouching (skin correction, body shape editing, clothing/makeup adjustments, etc.) is not included. It is available for an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the shot.
